  • Cliff Woolls

    PasTor

    Cliff and his wife Christina have been part of Bridges 1984.  They have two adult children, Beth and Michael.  Christina teaches Math at Martin Luther King High School.  Cliff preaches, teaches, leads the staff team, coordinates pastoral care, provides vision and guidance for church ministries.

  • Chad Rickard

    Associate/worship pastor

    As Worship Pastor, Chad seeks to lead Bridges' members toward sincere knowledge and passion concerning the words they bring before God in praise of His attributes and deeds. As Associate Pastor, it is Chad's joy to use his Masters' Degree in Organizational Psychology to help ministry leaders intentionally equip members to live out our vision statement. He is also a high school Literacy Coach and enjoys helping organizations solve core issues. Chad and his wife Emily have been married since 2004, and have been blessed to fall more in love through seasons of both trials and blessings. They have three sons, Jackson, Isaac and Ezra, who keep their house lively (and slightly messy).

  • Ashley Woolls

    Kids Ministry Director

    Ashley is married to Michael Woolls. Ashley splits her time between teaching at a preschool and directing our Kids Ministry. She has a deep love for children and a vision to lead them into the full knowledge of God’s love while equipping them to accomplish His purposes.



  • Deana Ries

    Office Manager

    Deana has had the joy of being part of Bridges since 1992.  She has been honored to partner with this body as they walk out their faith together. Bridges has been a foundational part of their family's lives. She and her husband Steve have four adult children (Cassie, Cayla/married to Derrick, Colin and Corinne). Deana oversees and manages all the office functions and administrative tasks.

  • tom allen

    Tom is married to Denise and they have two sons, Daniel,  InterVarsity Christian Fellowship staff member and Matthew, engineer with Raytheon. Denise teaches 3rd grade at Highland Elementary School. Tom is a campus minister and works as the Southern California Regional Director for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Tom exercises spiritual gifts in the areas of pastoring, leadership, administration and teaching.

  • jim mcguire

    Jim is married to Jane, and they have a daughter. Jim is a Fifth Grade teacher in the public school system and Jane is an associate professor of school psychology and the PPS School Psychology Program Coordinator at California Baptist University. Jim has a fervency for teaching the Bible and how biblical truth integrates into the lives of Christians' in the world today.

Christina teaches Math at Martin Luther King High School. Cliff preaches, teaches, leads the staff team, coordinates pastoral care, provides vision and guidance for church ministries.

  • Gary Astfalk

    Gary is married to Patty and they have two married children, Corinne and Luke, their spouses and three wonderful grandchildren. Gary owns a business in Ontartio, CA. Their lives are full with family, farm animals and fruit trees. Gary is the financial officer for Bridges and enjoys leading folks into the biblical truths of stewardship, but finds the most pleasure serving others.




  • Sean Cadd

    Sean is married to Dina and they have raised two sons. They have attended Bridges since 1989. Sean is retired law enforcement and Dina teaches pre-kindergarten. Sean is passionate about biblical truth, theology, and doctrine as the foundation for engaging an increasingly confused church and contentious world.
