Brian Drummond
Associate pastor
(Administration, Leadership Development, Vision, and Operations)
Brian Drummond serves as Associate Pastor at Bridges Church, where he provides executive oversight of church administration, ministry operations, and leadership development. Working closely with the Senior Pastor and elders, he strengthens organizational health, advances strategic priorities, and cultivates ministry environments that support long-term sustainability and growth.
Brian oversees key operational areas including compliance, facilities, communications, and cross-ministry coordination, while building clear discipleship pathways and developing emerging leaders across children’s, young adults, and men’s ministries. His approach integrates theological conviction with disciplined execution, ensuring that vision is supported by clarity, alignment, and effective systems.
Biblical teaching and expository preaching remain central to his calling. He is committed to equipping the church through faithful exposition of Scripture and forming Kingdom-minded leaders prepared for lasting impact.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science from California Baptist University with dual majors in Christian Studies and Business Administration. He completed both a Master of Theological Studies and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at Gateway Seminary and is currently completing his Master of Divinity.
In addition to his ministry at Bridges, Brian serves as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University and as a chaplain with the County of Riverside.
