  • Cliff Woolls


    Senior PasTor

    (Leading, Preaching, and Teaching)

    Cliff and his wife Christina have been part of Bridges since 1984 and are both graduates of UC Riverside. From 1989-1991 they attended seminary at Columbia Graduate School of Missions in Columbia South Carolina and from 1995-2002 they served as missionaries to Thailand with OMF International. They have two adult children and five grandchildren. Christina teaches Computer Science at Martin Luther King High School. Cliff was the Associate Pastor at Bridges from 2002-2009 and has been the Senior Pastor since 2009. He preaches, teaches, leads the staff team, coordinates pastoral care, provides vision and guidance for church ministries.

  • Brian Drummond


    Associate pastor

    (Administration, Leadership Development,  Vision, and Operations)

    Brian Drummond serves as Associate Pastor at Bridges Church, where he provides executive oversight of church administration, ministry operations, and leadership development. Working closely with the Senior Pastor and elders, he strengthens organizational health, advances strategic priorities, and cultivates ministry environments that support long-term sustainability and growth.

    Brian oversees key operational areas including compliance, facilities, communications, and cross-ministry coordination, while building clear discipleship pathways and developing emerging leaders across children’s, young adults, and men’s ministries. His approach integrates theological conviction with disciplined execution, ensuring that vision is supported by clarity, alignment, and effective systems.

    Biblical teaching and expository preaching remain central to his calling. He is committed to equipping the church through faithful exposition of Scripture and forming Kingdom-minded leaders prepared for lasting impact.

    Brian earned a Bachelor of Science from California Baptist University with dual majors in Christian Studies and Business Administration. He completed both a Master of Theological Studies and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at Gateway Seminary and is currently completing his Master of Divinity.

    In addition to his ministry at Bridges, Brian serves as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University and as a chaplain with the County of Riverside.

    Brian and his wife, Francesca, are grateful to raise their two children, Fern and Ezekiel, in a Christ-centered church community they deeply love.

  • Gary Astfalk

    Gary is married to Patty and they have two married children, Corinne and Luke, their spouses and three wonderful grandchildren. Gary owns a business in Ontario, CA. Their lives are full with family, farm animals and fruit trees. Gary is the financial officer for Bridges and enjoys leading folks into the biblical truths of stewardship, but finds the most pleasure serving others.




  • Sean Cadd

    Sean is married to Dina and they have raised two sons. They have attended Bridges since 1989. Sean is retired law enforcement and Dina teaches pre-kindergarten. Sean is passionate about biblical truth, theology, and doctrine as the foundation for engaging an increasingly confused church and contentious world. 



  • Don Lee

    Don was born and raised in Riverside. He accepted Jesus as his Lord at 17 years old. He married Evelyn in 1977. They have two married children and four grandchildren. He is a retired firefighter and enjoys his family and hiking. Early in his Christian life he challenged the veracity of the Bible and has come to understand that the Bible is God’s word from cover to cover. God made the world as He states in Genesis, that Jesus came to offer salvation from the penalty of our sins to all that believe in Him, and that one day God will judge all peoples. He enjoys leading a Bible study and helping at church. 

  • Chuck Hiroto

    Chuck and his wife, Becky, have three grown adult children and six wonderful

    grandchildren who keep them feeling young and full of life. The Hirotos

    have worshipped in Riverside since their marriage in 1977, and have attended

    Bridges for over twenty-five years. Both are retired educators from Riverside Unified

    School District and treasure the freedom to enjoy their interests and serving in the

    community. The Lord has been faithful to shine his grace and love on Chuck as he

    continues to learn, grow and enjoy in his walk with the Lord as a husband, father and

    with his fellow believers in the Bridges' family.

  • Victoria NG

    Worship Leader

    Victoria was raised in a Christian household in SoCal. She made the decision to make her faith her own at 6 years old. Through worship, Victoria recognized that she was backsliding in her faith and rededicated her life at age 12. She has been attending Bridges since 2023. Victoria graduated from California Baptist University with a degree in Psychology, with aims to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. Victoria has always had a passion for music and has been blessed with several opportunities to use her talents to glorify God throughout her life. She believes that worship is a time where we can stand before the Lord and sing out our gratitude and praises to Him - only He is worthy of our praise!

  • Ash Leatherwood


    Pastoral Intern


    Ash grew up as a missionary kid in Spain. After graduation he moved to Riverside, CA to study at CBU where he is training for ministry and missions. When not at school or serving at church, Ash enjoys spending time with friends,  going to the beach, creating and uploading apologetics content on social media, and spending time with God - his oldest and best friend.


  • Justus Lee

    Ministry Intern

    Justus Lee is a senior at California Baptist University studying for a business admin degree.  He was born in Thailand, raised in China, and devoted his life to Christ at 16 years old.   When he is not working with the church; he enjoys listening to music, sketching, and playing games.
